Teresa holds a master’s degree in structural engineering from University of Lisbon, Instituto Superior Técnico. She has 10+ years of experience as project leader and portfolio manager, dealing with clients and project stakeholders in the construction industry for commercial and major infrastructures projects.

Has seasoned leadership and negotiation skills leading internal and external multidisciplinary teams from conception to project completion in projects ranging in value from EUR 175k – EUR 10M. In 2018 took a sabbatical year to study Business Management and Architectural Conservation.
